It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pleasant Grove can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Woods Cross Wildcats on Thursday. The Vikings' defeat signaled the end of their 11-game winning streak.

Lexi Brown paced Pleasant Grove's offense, picking up 11 kills. Brown got some help from Marley McCandless and her 30 assists. Brown was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Pleasant Grove's loss dropped their record down to 19-10. As for Woods Cross, the victory (which was their 19th in a row) raised their record to 29-1.

Pleasant Grove wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Fremont on the 30th. As for Woods Cross, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Skyline on the 30th.
