Basketball Recap: Hilliard Bradley Comes Up Short

Hilliard Bradley lost against Olentangy Orange back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hilliard Bradley Jaguars took a 58-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Olentangy Orange Pioneers. While losing is never fun, the Jaguars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 185th, while the Pioneers are ranked second).

Hilliard Bradley's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Olentangy Orange, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hilliard Bradley will challenge Dublin Coffman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Olentangy Orange, they will square off against Olentangy Liberty at 7:30 p.m. on February 21st.
