Nobody could stop Layla Peppers on Monday as she didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her sixth in a row with two or fewer walks. For the season, she has an ERA of 4.34 over 52.2 innings pitched.

Looking ahead, Peppers and Dutch Fork will challenge Dorman at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Silver Foxes have some work to do to even out the 1-6 series between these two since March of 2015, but a win here would be a good start.
