Ellinwood had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They secured a 40-36 W over the Pratt Greenbacks. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered a 59-37 loss the last time these two teams met.

Ellinwood got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Brynn Widener out in front who went 5 of 12 on her way to 14 points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Julia Schlessiger, who posted six points and nine boards.
