Football Game Preview: Taylor County Bulldogs vs. Jefferson County Tigers

The Taylor County Bulldogs are headed away from home for the first time to square off against the Jefferson County Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

Taylor County is leaving town to face Jefferson County after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. Taylor County took a 12-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of Suwannee.

Taylor County's loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

As for Jefferson County, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished on the right side of .500 (8-5), and they're hoping to kick off an even more successful campaign this year.

Taylor County was able to grind out a solid victory over Jefferson County in their previous meeting back in April of 2023, winning 13-0. Does Taylor County have another victory up their sleeve, or will Jefferson County turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
