Basketball Recap: Southeastern Makes It Four in a Row at Home

Southeastern and Northwestern faced off in a cross-town battle on Tuesday. The Southeastern Jungaleers came out on top against the Northwestern Colts by a score of 56-46. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Jungaleers.

Southeastern's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-15. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.8 points over those games. As for Northwestern, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.

Southeastern does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Northwestern, they are taking a road trip to challenge Denby at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Denby knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Northwestern likes a good challenge.
