Soccer Recap: Preuss UCSD Takes a Loss

Preuss UCSD managed to keep up with Monte Vista until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Preuss UCSD Tritons came up short against the Monte Vista Monarchs, falling 4-1.

Preuss UCSD now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Monte Vista, they moved to 3-5 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Preuss UCSD will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Gompers Prep Academy at 11:30 a.m. Monte Vista has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Hoover on the 21st.
