Basketball Recap: Naches Valley Takes a Loss

Naches Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 47-36 to the Deer Park Stags.

Naches Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Deer Park, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Naches Valley will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Royal at 7:15 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Deer Park, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Northwest Christian School at 1:30 p.m. on Monday.
