Basketball Recap: Cedar Valley Christian Takes a Loss

Cedar Valley Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 28th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 64-5 loss at the hands of the Iowa Valley Tigers. The game marked the Huskies' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Cedar Valley Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Iowa Valley, with the victory, they broke their eight-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cedar Valley Christian will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Colo-NESCO at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Iowa Valley, they will take on Belle Plaine at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
