Volleyball Game Preview: Riverside Pirates vs. Fort Recovery Indians

The Riverside Pirates will challenge the Fort Recovery Indians at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Riverside has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since September 23.

Riverside came up short against Milton-Union on Thursday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17, 25-17.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Fort Recovery, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Tri-Village on Saturday.

While Fort Recovery won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-15, 26-24.

Fort Recovery is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-12 record this season. As for Riverside, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-20.
