Soccer Recap: Jacobs Takes a Loss

Jacobs lost against Streamwood back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Golden Eagles fell just short of the Sabres by a score of 4-3.

Jackson Foley and Israel Guerrero scored all three of Jacobs' goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Jacobs' defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Streamwood, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Jacobs will square off against Grayslake Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Streamwood, they will be taking part in a tournament against Conant at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
