Having just played yesterday, the Parkway Center City Bulldogs will head out on the road to face off against the Liguori Academy Falcons at 3:15 p.m. on January 19th. Parkway Center City is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.

On Thursday, Parkway Center City came up short against MAST Charter II and fell 63-53.

Despite the defeat, Parkway Center City got a solid performance out of Israel Mckinley, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds. That's the first time this season that Mckinley pulled down eight or more rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Dock Brown, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.

Meanwhile, Liguori Academy's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They took a serious blow against Freire Charter, falling 73-43. Liguori Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-16.

Despite the loss, Liguori Academy saw an underclassman step up: Rydee Miller scored 20 points. Naiem Scott-Allen was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.

Parkway Center City has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season. As for Liguori Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.
