Basketball Recap: Florence/Henry Wins Going Away Against Arlington

There's no place like home for Florence/Henry, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They put the hurt on the Arlington Cardinals with a sharp 67-45 win on Tuesday. The game marked the Falcons' most dominant victory of the season.

Florence/Henry has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.2 points per game. As for Arlington, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Florence/Henry has already played their next contest (against Great Plains Lutheran), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Arlington is taking a road trip to square off against Estelline/Hendricks at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Estelline/Hendricks knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Arlington likes a good challenge.
