Basketball Recap: Nicollet Takes a Loss

Nicollet was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 70-50 to the Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers.

Nicollet's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Waterville-Elysian-Morristown, their win bumped their record up to 8-6.

Nicollet didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 65-47 victory against Sibley East on the 10th. As for Waterville-Elysian-Morristown, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 59-53 win against Randolph on the 10th.
