Volleyball Recap: Florin Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Florin had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They blew past the Foothill Mustangs 3-0. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mustangs, too.

Florin walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-19, 25-15, 25-21.

John Nguyen paced Florin's offense, picking up eight kills. Nguyen got some help from Sean Lee and his 12 assists. Max Thao controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Florin now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Foothill, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.

Florin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Fairfield on the 7th. As for Foothill, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Armijo on the 7th.
