Webster County has gone a perfect 7-0 against Dawson Springs recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Trojans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Panthers at 5:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Webster County's last matchup with Madisonville-North Hopkins could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's match on Thursday. The Trojans lost 8-2 to the Maroons. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Maroons recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Meanwhile, Dawson Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Hopkins County Central, falling 18-3.

Webster County's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Dawson Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.
