 In what's become a running theme this season, Camp Verde gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Wednesday. They blew past the Scottsdale Christian Academy Eagles 11-1. The  win was nothing new for Camp Verde as they're now sitting on four straight.
 The team  relied heavily on  Haygen Armstrong, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 1-for-1. The team also got some help courtesy of  Anaya Martinez, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-1.
 Camp Verde pushed their record up to 7-2 with that  victory, which was their fifth straight  at home. Those good results were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 16.2 runs per game. As for Scottsdale Christian Academy, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
 Camp Verde will head out on the road to  face off against  Fountain Hills at 3:45  p.m.  on Thursday. Camp Verde is facing Fountain Hills at the right time seeing as Fountain Hills is stuck on  a  ten-game losing streak. As for Scottsdale Christian Academy, they will look to defend their home field  on Saturday against Chino Valley at 11:00  a.m.
