A well-balanced attack led Brazos over Rice Consolidated in every quarter on their way to victory on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Cougars blew the Raiders out of the water with a 61-13 final score. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 41-0.

The victory made it two in a row for Brazos and bumps their season record up to 6-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.0 points over those games.
