Volleyball Recap: Aurora's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Five

Aurora had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Revere Minutemen. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Greenmen have posted since September 7, 2024.

Aurora had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 22-25, 27-29, 25-17, 25-20, 16-14.

Aurora's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Revere, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Aurora will challenge rival Copley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Revere is set to take on their familiar foe Cuyahoga Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
