Norco waltzed into their game on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They had just enough and edged out the Poly Bears 24-21. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bears, too.

The critical scores for Norco came from Mya Arriola, Arianna Chaney, Ryleigh Kennedy, and Ryley Rocheleau.

Norco's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Poly, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 8-5 record.

Coincidentally, Norco and Poly will both be playing Citrus Valley the next time they take the field. The Cougars will head out to face the Blackhawks at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, while the Bears will play them later in the day, at 10:45 a.m.
