Basketball Recap: Osseo Comes Up Short

Osseo lost against Totino-Grace back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Osseo Orioles were outmatched by the Totino-Grace Eagles and fell 76-35. While losing is never fun, the Orioles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 235th, while the Eagles are ranked 56th).

Osseo has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season. As for Totino-Grace, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-5.

Osseo wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 66-62 victory against Park Center on the 30th. Totino-Grace has also already played their next contest, a 66-43 win against Blaine on the 30th.
