Recap: Charleroi Cougars vs. Frazier Commodores
The Charleroi Cougars scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They walked away with a 60-48 victory over Frazier. The victory was nothing new for Charleroi as they're now sitting on three straight.
Despite the loss, Frazier still got an impressive performance from Brennen Stewart, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds. The game was Stewart's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Brock Alekson was another key contributor, scoring six points along with eight rebounds.
Charleroi's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Frazier, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.
Charleroi will be playing in front of their home fans against Mt. Carmel Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Frazier won't have much time to rest: their next match is against California at 4:00 p.m. on December 29th. California is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
