Baseball Recap: Harper Takes a Loss

Johnson City hit Harper with a six-run seventh inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Longhorns lost 10-3 to the Eagles. The Longhorns haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Harper's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Johnson City, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 23-2.

Harper does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Johnson City, they will face off against Rosebud-Lott at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
