Baseball Recap: Tupelo Golden Wave vs. Warren Central Vikings

Tupelo waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Warren Central Vikings by a score of 8-4. The Golden Wave have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings, too.

Tanner Brannigan tossed a big game, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in February.
