Volleyball Recap: Windsor Takes a Loss

Windsor lost against East Hartford back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Warriors fell 3-1 to the Hornets.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-22, 15-25, 25-20.

Nathan Le paced Windsor's offense, picking up 16 kills. Le got some help from Maximilian Esquiagola Ayala and his 30 assists. Le was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Among those leading the charge was Thomson Tran, who had 15 digs. Those 15 digs gave him a new career-high.

Windsor has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for East Hartford, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-8.

Windsor does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Hartford, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against South Windsor on the 23rd.
