Volleyball Recap: Freedom Prep Academy Comes Up Short on the Road Against American Heritage

Freedom Prep Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the American Heritage Patriots on Wednesday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 19-25, 25-13, 25-11.

The win (which was American Heritage's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Freedom Prep Academy will challenge Waterford at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. American Heritage will be paying especially close attention to the Eagles' match: after the Eagles face off against Maeser Prep Academy, they'll take on American Heritage again at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
