Basketball Recap: Liberty Charter Comes Up Short

Liberty Charter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 54-39 to the Southern California Yeshiva Hawks. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Liberty Charter's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Southern California Yeshiva, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Liberty Charter will take on Preuss UCSD on Thursday. As for Southern California Yeshiva, they will square off against Monarch at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
