Recap: Fort Yukon Eagles vs. Tri-Valley Warriors
The Fort Yukon Eagles's game last Saturday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They took down Tri-Valley 51-36. That's another feather in the cap for Fort Yukon, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Fort Yukon got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Twila Strom out in front who scored 15 points. Another player making a difference was Nellie Ward, who scored 11 points.
Fort Yukon's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Tri-Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.
Fort Yukon does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Tri-Valley also has no future games currently scheduled.
