Football Recap: Bishop Verot's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Bishop Verot had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They never let the Estero Wildcats get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. Those six points were actually the fewest the Vikings have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Cameron O'Halloran threw for 48 yards on eight of 14 attempts.

The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 3.0 points on average over those games. As for Estero, the loss snapped their winning streak at seven games and leaves them with a 7-2 record.
