Football Game Preview: Northwest Mounties vs. Pennfield Panthers + How To Watch

The Northwest Mounties are taking a road trip to take on the Pennfield Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Northwest has given up an average of 34.1 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Northwest was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 32-28 to Western. The Mounties have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Pennfield and Marshall have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Friday. The Panthers had to suffer through a 36-7 loss at the hands of the Redhawks.

Pennfield's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Northwest, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-5.

Everything went Northwest's way against Pennfield in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Northwest made off with a 30-10 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mounties since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
