Baseball Recap: Pawnee Drops Highest Score of Season Against Memorial

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pawnee). They put the hurt on the Memorial Chargers with a sharp 15-2 win on Thursday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Black Bears with their most commanding win of the season.

Pawnee pushed their record up to 7-17 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Memorial, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-24.

Pawnee didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 20-5 victory against Edison on the 1st. Memorial has also already played their next matchup (against Nathan Hale), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
