Nipomo's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Frontier, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, Nipomo will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Atascadero at 3:30 p.m. As for Frontier, they will venture away from home to challenge Arroyo Grande at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Arroyo Grande has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.5 runs per game on average), something Frontier will no doubt try to take advantage of.
