Softball Preview: West Forsyth Wolverines vs. South Forsyth War Eagles        
        
		
             The West Forsyth Wolverines will face off against the South Forsyth War Eagles at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their  matchups after big wins in their previous games.
 West Forsyth is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Forsyth Central with a sharp  20-4 win on Monday. The Wolverines might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by six  runs or more this season.
  Lauren Jackson was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with a  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Paige Carroll, who  scored three  runs while going 2-for-3.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, West Forsyth  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .686. The last time their  OBP was this high was  back in September of 2023.
 Meanwhile, South Forsyth posted their biggest  victory since August 26th on Thursday. They were the clear victor by  a  9-1 margin over Forsyth Central. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the War Eagles.
 West Forsyth's win bumped their record up to 14-12. As for South Forsyth, their victory bumped their record up to 5-21.
 Everything went West Forsyth's way against South Forsyth in their previous meeting  back in September, as West Forsyth made off with  a  14-2 win. Does  West Forsyth have another victory up their sleeve, or will South Forsyth turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
