Lakeview fell victim to Central Minnesota Christian and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 10-0 to the Bluejays. That's two games in a row now that the Lakers have lost by exactly ten runs.

Meanwhile, Ortonville posted their closest win since April 9, 2024 on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 victory over Renville County West.

Ortonville's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Lakeview, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11.
