Sanford came into Tuesday's contest looking for another win against Wells, but Autumn Leslie wouldn't allow it. The Warriors walked away with a 3-1 win over the Spartans on Tuesday with plenty of help from Leslie, who had 29 digs and three aces. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 10.2 digs per game.

The victory didn't come easy: Sanford scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-21, 23-25, 27-25, 25-19.

The win made it two in a row for Wells and bumps their season record up to 4-6. As for Sanford, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Wells has already played their next matchup (against Cape Elizabeth), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Sanford, after both having extra time off, they and Noble will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on the 9th.
