Baseball Recap: James Logan Comes Up Short

James Logan was the 8-3 winner over Washington when they last played one another on Wednesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Colts took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Huskies on Thursday.

James Logan saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Wesley Vega, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

James Logan's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Washington, they moved to 8-7 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

James Logan will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Irvington at 4:00 p.m. on the 30th. As for Washington, they will face off against Skyline at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
