Tri-West Hendricks has gone 8-2 against Danville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Bruins will head out on the road to face off against the Warriors at 5:30 p.m. Tri-West Hendricks is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.6 runs per game this season.

On Monday, Tri-West Hendricks didn't have quite enough to beat Greenwood and fell 3-2.

Tri-West Hendricks saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emma Charles, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Meanwhile, Danville never let their opponents score on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over Guerin Catholic. Considering the Warriors have won nine matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Not much got past Autumn Muncy, who gave up just two hits and racked up six Ks to keep Guerin Catholic off the board.

At the plate, Danville let Lily Sharrett and Allie Gunter run wild. Sharrett went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double, while Gunter went 1-for-3 with one triple and one run. Those three RBI gave Sharrett a new career-high.

Danville hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in three consecutive games.

Danville's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Tri-West Hendricks, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-10.

Tuesday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Tri-West Hendricks hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .333. However, it's not like Danville struggles in that department as they've averaged .369. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

Tri-West Hendricks came out on top in a nail-biter against Danville when the teams last played back in May of 2024, sneaking past 4-2. Do the Bruins have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
