Southern Door has gone 9-1 against Oconto recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Southern Door Eagles will look to defend their home court against the Oconto Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. Southern Door knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 20 games -- so hopefully Oconto likes a good challenge.

Last Friday, Southern Door didn't have too much trouble with Kewaunee as they won 85-71. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Storm recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Oconto entered their tilt with Sevastopol on Monday with five consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past the Pioneers 73-49. Given the Blue Devils' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 166th, while the Pioneers are ranked 386th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Oconto pushed their record up to 15-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Southern Door, their victory bumped their record up to 17-3.

Southern Door strolled past Oconto in their previous matchup back in January by a score of 81-64. Does Southern Door have another victory up their sleeve, or will Oconto turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
