Volleyball Recap: Berean Christian's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

If Berean Christian was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Benicia on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Berean Christian Eagles took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the College Prep Cougars on Friday. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cougars from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Berean Christian was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made College Prep work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-21, 20-25, 25-20.

Berean Christian's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-3. As for College Prep, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Berean Christian will host Ygnacio Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Berean Christian is facing Ygnacio Valley at the right time seeing as Ygnacio Valley is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for College Prep, they will be playing at home against Bentley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
