Basketball Recap: Orme Comes Up Short

Orme was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 59-29 loss at the hands of American Heritage Academy. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as American Heritage Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Orme's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for American Heritage Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Verde Valley the next time they take the court. Orme will head out to face Verde Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while American Heritage Academy will host them at 6:30 p.m. on January 16th.
