Volleyball Recap: Quincy Has No Trouble Against Scituate

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Barnstable, Quincy was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They put the hurt on the Scituate Sailors with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in April.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Quincy was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-15, 25-12.

Quincy now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Scituate, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.

Looking ahead, Quincy will take on North Quincy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Scituate, they will square off against Hingham at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
