Basketball Recap: East Jackson Comes Up Short

East Jackson lost against Franklin County back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The East Jackson Eagles lost 83-60 to the Franklin County Lions. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

East Jackson's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Franklin County, they moved to 11-13 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

East Jackson will venture away from home to square off against Stephens County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. East Jackson is facing Stephens County at the right time seeing as Stephens County is stuck on a 19-game losing streak. As for Franklin County, they will welcome Hebron Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Franklin County's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine matches.
