Softball Recap: Skyline Falls Short of Ider in the Playoffs

Skyline and Ider squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Skyline had to settle for second. They came up short against the Hornets, falling 10-2. The Vikings just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 9-30. As for Ider, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 31-14-2.

Skyline has already played their next matchup, an 18-3 victory against Valley Head on the 25th. As for Ider, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 17-1 win against Woodville on the 25th.
