Westminster won the last time they faced Santa Ana and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Lions came out on top against the Saints by a score of 11-8.

The team relied heavily on Jocelyn Aguilar, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. Another player making a difference was Alyna Guerrero, who went 2-for-5 with three runs and two RBI.

Westminster's win bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Santa Ana, their loss dropped their record down to 14-4-2.

Looking ahead, Westminster will be playing in front of their home fans against Godinez Fundamental at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Santa Ana, they will challenge Tustin at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. The Tillers will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.
