Football Recap: Marsing Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Marsing lost against Nampa Christian back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Huskies were beaten by the Trojans 41-8. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nampa Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Pete Dice out in front who threw for 268 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes. What's more, Dice racked up 157.5 passer rating, the most he's had since back in October of 2024. Ian Johnson helped Dice out on the ground, picking up 108 receiving yards, while also rushing for 87 yards.

Marsing now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Nampa Christian, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2.

Marsing has already played their next game, a 34-13 loss against Melba on the 24th. As for Nampa Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 52-7 win against New Plymouth on the 24th.
