            Basketball Recap: Governor's School for Science & Math Eagles vs. Lee Central Stallions        
        
		
        
        
            Governor's School for Science & Math was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight  defeat  dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a   75-28 loss at the hands of the Lee Central Stallions. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  34-12.
  Demarius Gregg was nothing short of spectacular for Lee Central: he  went 7 for 10  en route to 14 points along with seven  rebounds and three  steals. Those three  steals gave  Gregg a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Jamisen Wilds, who  went 5 of 9  to rack up 13  points and four  steals.
Governor's School for Science & Math's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Lee Central,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 11-12.
 Looking ahead, Governor's School for Science & Math will head out on the road to  face off against  C.A. Johnson  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Lee Central, they will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against Midlands STEM Charter  at 6:00  p.m.
