Milford extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Sadler Barnes. The Milford Tigers blew past the Escalante Moquis 61-40 on Wednesday thanks in part to Barnes, who went 10-for-19 to rack up 25 points along with eight steals and seven assists. The match was his 13th in a row with at least 15 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Boston Sullivan, who went 6-for-8 on his way to 12 points and five rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Escalante's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Mac Porter, who went 7-for-12 en route to 18 points and six boards, and Jaxen Cottam, who posted 17 points and six rebounds. Porter is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played.

Milford's win bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Escalante, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Milford will face off against Piute at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Milford is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 64.1 points per game this season. As for Escalante, they will challenge Bryce Valley at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
