Volleyball Game Preview: FAU High Owls vs. American Heritage Stallions + How To Watch

FAU High is 1-7 against American Heritage since October of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Owls will head out to square off against the Stallions at 5:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

FAU High is headed into the matchup having just suffered their biggest defeat since September 9th on Wednesday. They lost 3-0 to Pine Crest.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-9.

Meanwhile, American Heritage came up short against St. John Paul II Academy on Thursday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Stallions in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost eight in a row.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-17, 25-14.

FAU High will need to focus on slowing down Arianna Alves, one of several American Heritage players who made an impact when they last played. She had ten assists and five digs. The team also got some help courtesy of Daniela Staton, who had 11 digs and one assist.

FAU High's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for American Heritage, their loss dropped their record down to 3-9.
