Riverside-Brookfield entered their tilt with Elgin on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Maroons with a sharp 19-4 win. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won nine matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.

Riverside-Brookfield pushed their record up to 11-8 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games.
