Baseball Recap: West Bend-Mallard Takes a Loss

West Bend-Mallard lost against Southeast Valley back in June of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Wolverines lost 12-2 to the Jaguars.

West Bend-Mallard dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Southeast Valley, their victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-4.

West Bend-Mallard has already played their next match (against North Iowa), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Southeast Valley, they will face off against Emmetsburg at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The E'Hawks will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Jaguars surely won't give up without a fight.
